My approach

Here’s what I do to help.  We sit down together in a relaxed and informal session for an in-depth conversation, with the opportunity for weekly follow-on sessions. Whatever is going on – whether you’re stressed, feeling low, want to improve your connection to others, or just feel that something’s ‘not quite right’ – I can help you feel less overwhelmed and tangled up. 

If you’re not sure where to start or what to say, that’s OK.  What I offer is a calm and unhurried space to think and explore, without judgment or agenda.

Sometimes clients are curious to understand themselves better.  If it feels helpful, I may encourage a focus on your core beliefs, unconscious thoughts and emotions, or your past.

Or if you’re simply seeking a listening ear, we might not cover any of these. I can be someone to truly listen, and be present with gentleness and care, accepting and welcoming every bit of you.
